Standard delivery across India takes 4–6 business days. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) typically receive orders within 2–3 business days. You will receive tracking details via SMS and email once dispatched. All units are foam-packed to prevent transit damage.

Most portable My Celics purifiers are plug-and-play — simply unbox and switch on. For ceiling-mounted and ducted commercial units, professional installation is available via our certified technician network across 50+ cities. Installation can be scheduled at checkout.

Free standard shipping on all orders above ₹5,000 across India. For smaller orders (spare filters, accessories), a flat shipping fee of ₹99–₹149 applies. Express shipping is also available at checkout for an additional charge.

Replacement frequency depends on usage and local pollution levels. General guidelines:

• Pre-filter (washable) — Clean every 2–4 weeks
• True HEPA filter — Replace every 6–12 months
• Activated Carbon filter — Replace every 3–6 months
• UV-C lamp — Replace every 8,000–12,000 hours (~1 year continuous use)

Smart models display real-time filter life in the app and will alert you when replacement is due.

A clogged HEPA filter can release trapped pollutants back into the air. An overloaded carbon filter may become a breeding ground for bacteria. Running the motor against a blocked filter strains it and shortens the unit’s lifespan. Always replace filters as recommended or when your filter indicator alerts you.

All units come with a 1-year comprehensive manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Select premium models include a 2-year warranty. Consumables (filters, UV lamps) are not covered. Extend to 3 or 5 years via our My Celics Care Plan.

We offer a 15-day hassle-free return from the date of delivery. The unit must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Defective or incorrectly delivered products receive a full refund or free replacement. Visit our Returns page to initiate a request.
